Tatjana Bauecker is an accomplished international executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, and consumer industries. She holds an MBA in International Business and has led finance, governance, and operational functions for both multinational corporations and high-growth companies.

Throughout her career, Tatjana has successfully driven corporate transformations, implemented scalable financial and governance frameworks, and advised executive teams and boards on growth, funding, risk management, and organizational development. Her broad international experience spans Europe,North America, and Asia, providing a global perspective on business growth and operational excellence.

Having supported NewBiologix as Interim CFO since 2022, she joined thecompany full-time in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. She oversees thecompany's financial strategy, governance, and human resources, helping position NewBiologix for sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
