Valérie Le Fourn

Valérie received her PhD from the University of Aix-Marseille II, where she focused on protein maturation and chaperones. After completing her PhD, Valérie held a postdoctoral position at the University Hospital of Zürich where she described a mechanism of misfolded and aggregated proteins. Valérie joined Selexis in 2010 first as Director, Cell Culture, and then as Vice President, R&D Cell Culture, where she addressed specific secretion bottlenecks of difficult-to-express recombinant proteins. She joined NewBiologix in 2022 as Vice President, Cell Line Development with responsability for establishing a new cell line expression platform.
